
Devon Energy (NYSE: DVN) is constructing their new regional building southwest of Fort Worth in Cresson, TX. This regional office is being built in the Cresson Crossroads industrial area and will serve Devon Energy’s operations in the Barnett Shale area south of Fort Worth.
Once completed, the building is expected to be around 60,500 square feet and house anywhere from 200 to 500 employees.
Cresson Crossroads is attracting other natural gas and drilling related businesses because it’s convenient location in Cresson, TX. Cresson is located right in the heart of the Barnett Shale, just 20 minutes southwest of Fort Worth, 15 minutes from Cleburne, 15 minutes from Weatherford, and only 10 minutes from Granbury.
